Wanda Trent-Phillips…this Gary, Indiana natives mission is to bring comfort through song to hurting people. She is a singer, songwriter and a producer. Wanda uses her ministry to uplift the gospel of Jesus Christ and touch the masses. This God-Gifted Psalmist is an exhorter whose melodic voice and talent draw all men unto thee.

Wanda has "OPENED" for such artists as: Vicki Winans, William Becton, Witness, James Bignon, Keith "Wonderboy" Johnson, Helen Baylor, Dottie Peoples, Elder William Murphy III, Canton Jones, Kevin Vasser, Vicki Yohe and Bishop Paul S. Morton. She’s also sung Background for Pastor Marvin Winans and Dr. Helen Baylor.

Wanda has appeared on numerous television programs and networks, including TBN, Atlanta Live TV, People TV, Babbie's House and TBN on Candi Staton "Say Yes."

Currently, for the past three years, Wanda has been the Host and Artist Coordinator for “Just Churchin’ A Gospel Series” booking both National & Seasoned Independent Gospel Recording Artist at Greenbriar Mall in Atlanta, GA every other month on Saturday’s from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

August 2009, Wanda was called upon again to be one of nine Background Singers for Pastor Marvin Winans singing “Just Don’t Want To Know” for Tyler Perry’s new movie "I Can Do Bad All By Myself" singing Live on the new Tyler Perry TV Show that will air nationally on TBS, TNT and on TV-One.

June 2009, Wanda was humbled an honored when she received a call from Cirque du Soleil asking her to audition to be the Lead Singer for one of their upcoming productions that would be based at the City Centre Theatre in Las Vegas with a two-year run that would be directed by Vincent Paterson.

April 2009, Wanda was selected to be a part of the Thirty Voice Choir, which sang behind Pastor Marvin Winans and Gladys Knight that will be FEATURED in Tyler Perry’s new movie "I Can Do Bad All By Myself" that will be released on September 11, 2009.

January 2009, she sang for the Trumpet Awards Opening Day Ceremony and at the Prayer Breakfast before Xernona Clayton and Pastor Robert Schuller of The Crystal Cathedral.

Wanda desires to do Gods will; with the Holy Spirit leading her she is building a serious ministry that has reached international borders. Embarking on a European Gospel Tour as a Headliner 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. Wanda's ministry exploded onto the International stage throughout Italy, Switzerland, Slovenia, Holland, Croatia and San Juan Lurigancho, which is a suburb of Lima, Peru. December of 2009, Wanda will again return for a fifth invitation as a Headliner for her fifth European Tour.

In 2005 & 2008, Wanda was nominated as Best Female Artist with The Gospel Choice Awards. Wanda has been married to Rev. Felton Calvin Phillips for nineteen years; she and her husband have been faithful active members of Mt. Ephraim Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia for the last nineteen years under the leadership of Dr. R. L. White, Jr.

Throughout the years, she has performed in many gospel stage productions, including "Through It All", "Everything That Looks Good Ain't Good for You", "A Will To Survive" and "Can A Hoochie Become A 1st Lady".

With God ordering her steps, she continues to gives God all the praise, glory and honor as she ministers to the masses.
